Part of my credentials include certification from the Titleist Performance Institute.  Mobility, flexibility, and strength are key components in playing golf without pain.  Proper movement will allow players of all ages to play to their highest ability.  Limitations in the golf swing must be addressed and identified so as to repair or build a functioning swing that allows a player to swing without pain while incorporating any “unfixable” limitations!

The Jeff Bender Golf Academy sets a presdence on training all players to understand the key components in great ball striking and great methods of short game.  Will we train you to swing like a touring professional?  If you have the mobility, flexibility, and the strength of a typical touring professional, then absolutely we will train you to look like the men and women on TV!  If you do not have the “super powers” of the PGA and LPGA players…guess what?  We will still train you on understanding and using key components in great ball striking and great short game!

Part of your training with us includes a great deal of discovery of how your body moves.  We will build a functional swing based on your personal movement.  Once we have fit you to a swing that works with your body, we focus on the key components of great ball striking and great methods of short game.

What are the major components of great ball striking that I keep hinting at in the last few paragraphs?   Great swing path and the ability to release a golf club properly!  Sounds reasonable right?  Path and release require training that all players can accomplish.  When path and release are instilled, a player will be shocked at how many other swing issues disappear.

Please allow us to train you in the simple mechanics of the swing so you can play better golf.  Please allow us to help you make more putts, hit more greens, and simply play the game without pain!
